run and tone. by tone i mean light weights or just your body weight. also you have to eat right. your weight has a lot to do with how much excess body fat you have on your stomach. don't make unrealistic goals and be disappointed.
i would run 3 to 4 times a week.
a cardio tape like tae bo on non run days (keep your heart rate up for at least 45 minutes.)
also leg and abb exercises every day ( not to get sore just to work the muscles)
Drink plenty of water watch your calorie intake and lay off the sugar

Leg raises:
Lay on you back on comfortable but firm surface and raise you legs about 6 inches off of the floor, keeping you legs straight.
The tricky part is to now to concentrate on keeping you legs up using only your lower muscles. It takes a little practice but once you get it right you will know.
Slowly pulse, don't bounce, your legs up and down about 6 inches. keep it up until your muscles fail. If you don't they wont get the message that they need to grow and adapt to the new stress. If you feel crams the next day, wait until the pain goes away before you start again. Once you're acclimated keep it up three to four times a week.

I can only think of two things:regular exercise and Weight Loss/Hoodia sample. I hope they will help you shed off those extra pounds, while you develop firmer muscles and trim down the flabby waist area.
