The Push-up
The push-up is one of the best exercises that you can do. Not only will it strengthen your chest, but your shoulder girdle, triceps and yes your abs. I used to do clapping push-ups when I hit a plateau on bench. I would push up, clap my hands on my thighs, then chest and back to the ground.
