Finally spring is here.  I live in the cold state of WI so when spring comes along I am compelled to exercise out side.  I love the fresh air.  Not to mention I then can take the kids to the park.  They can play and I can workout.

What I decided to do was put together a few exercised that can be done at the park.  All exercises listed a here are body weight exercises.  And I will try to include different examples to take these exercises and match them to your fitness level.

Do not take these exercises lightly.  If performed correctly you will gain strength, you will lose fat and you will improve your cardiovascular system.  Click on the link to view the exercise.
