I eat reasonable portion meals, including salad 3-4 times a week, and I also do several reps of situps, leg lifts, and planks before I go to sleep, but I'm not seeing a consistant change.

sit ups and leglifts, just not before you go to sleep. do lots of them and then exersise then do some more. afterwords have a nice meal, it helps strengthen the muscles

well, you need to have a plan, like a schedule for certain workouts and a schedule for meals you eat. it'll work a lot better that way.

your eating is good… but you must eat sleep and breathe abs…. crunches doing them alot.. and doing them correctly… and you will see a six pack.. but it will take awhile… took me awhile.. just dont give up.. and work for it—- you go girl you can do it

No strain, no pain, no gain…Guys with nice abs don't starve themselves ! It takes work, and lots of it. "Several" reps of anything is of little or no value. You should NEVER exercise right before bedtime. If you don't see any changes after a month or two, you're not doing enough. Sorry, but it does'nt come easy. Post a comment
