I had a c-section 6 months ago. Thanks for your help!

do front crunching about 100 a day and also do backward crunches about 100 a day….and who will start noticing a differnce in 3 days…but you have to do them everyday….dont skip a day…alteast 10-15 mins a day.

I know how hard it can be to get that baby tummy back in to it's original shape, but it can be done and well worth it! I personally use and abroller and an orbe ball, both will challenge you to use your abs and you should see results in as little as a month if you are diligent. Work yourself up to 150 sit ups everyday and you'll be blown away at the results. Tennis is another great form of exercise and it is fun as well, plus it gives you the arobic benefits for the heart! Good luck and congrat on the baby! BOY OR GIRL?
