Alright my upper abs are pretty toned up from months of working out (i work out about 4 days a week), but i still have a tiny bit of fat that is accumpated in my belly area, I wana work on my lower abs and lose that fat. whats the best way to do it and should i stop eating junk food everyday ? if so how often should i eat it and ? jogging is an excellent exercise because it let you lose weight 3. Target your problem areas with exercises.

Definition of abs is all about the layer of fat covering it… cut the junk and you'll see it in a month. There's no reason to eat junk anyways, only if you're bum-poor you need that kind of nutrition.

jogging is an excellent exercise because it let you lose weight
