Im sixteen and im pretty skinny except for my gigantic stomach. All my friends can eat whatever they want for months and not gain a pound whereas me, i eat half the time and my stomach looks disgustingly fat. Please help! Ive tried eating less and exercising but it doesnt work, is there any fast way that will make my stomach super flat? Im so self-concious. I was in the gym and my instructor gave me some great moves for my belly. It’s hard to explain though. lie on your back and touch your two feet together at the soles so that your knees are bent and your legs are open (sounds a bit weird I know). Now pull yourself up like a sit up and do a few sets of them. Do sit ups like where you go up, up, down, down. Go half way up and hold for a second, then go all the way up and hold. Go half way down and hold for a sec, then down again. Lie flat on your back. Bend one knee and leave one leg flat to the ground and do a set of sit ups. Swap and do the other leg. Lie flat on your back. Bend one knee and put your other leg across it so that your ankle is resting on your knee. What ever leg is crossed use the opposite elbow and sit up touching your elbow off your knee. Swap and do the other side. Lie on your side. put your elbow under you and lift yourself up using your shoulder and your feet. Your bum is off the ground and your other arm can be on your hip for balance. Swap and do the other side. Lie on your front. put your two elbows under yourself. Bend your feet so you can put weight on your toes. Lift your body off the ground and hold it for about 20 secs (it’s torture). The first one I told you there is especially for the lower tummy I think. Also I have found that cutting down on bread and pasta can leave you less bloated cause eating too much of those foods is a killer for a tummy
